Trade marketing specialist

This is what you will do

As Trade Marketer, you are the driving force behind a rock-solid brand experience at our retailers. You organize impressive (inter)national events and trade shows, develop creative and effective in-store promotional materials and create impactful training and e-learning modules for our retail partners.

In addition, you ensure strong promotions and activations in collaboration with sales and marketing, optimize the visibility of our brand with retail partners and identify opportunities based on analyses of shopper behavior and market trends. In short: you will ensure that our brand is brought to the attention of both shoppers and our retail partners with the utmost care and conviction. What you will do, among other things:

• Organize and coordinate (inter)national events, trade shows and pop-up shows;
• Develop training videos, e-learning modules and analyze training results;
• Create and manage POS materials, displays and branded content;
• Align and execute promotions and activations in collaboration with retail partners;
• Optimize online content at retailers (image, video, text);
• Identify trends, perform analysis and translate into strategic improvements.

You get energy from strengthening brands on the store floor and know exactly how to take cooperation with retail partners to the next level. Whether it's organizing a trade show, developing training materials or rolling out an in-store promotion campaign, you tackle it with enthusiasm and precision. You think in terms of opportunities, have a strong sense of brand experience and switch effortlessly between creative concepts and analytical insights. You work in a structured way, keep an overview and are always focused on results. And with your positive energy and collegiality, you are a fine addition to the team! This is what you bring with you:

• HBO working and thinking level;
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a trade marketer or in a similar role;
• Experience organizing events, trade shows or brand activations;
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Affinity with creative editing programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is nice to have.
