How do I connect my product via Bluetooth?

These instructions only apply to Edge, Threesixty 2, Beam mini 2, Beam 2, Whisper Flex Ultimate, Whisper Flex (with a serial number starting with 22CF), and Bright (all serial numbers except those ending in: 0500001 to 0501800 or 0500001 to 0501600).

Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and open the Duux app. Make sure your device is in pairing mode (the Wi-Fi light is flashing rapidly). Then click the + symbol to add a device and wait a few seconds. The app will try to find your device via the Bluetooth connection. Enter your Wi-Fi password and wait until the device is paired.

Once it is paired, you can control your product via Wi-Fi. You no longer need Bluetooth after pairing your device.
