My product is showing as offline in the app. How can I fix this?

1. Close the Duux app completely (remove it from multitasking/open apps);
2. Unplug your Duux device for ± one minute and then plug it back in;
3. Wait until the WiFi indicator lights up (this may take two minutes);
4. Launch the Duux app.
