Which air conditioner to buy depends mainly on the room where you want to place it. On this page, you can compare all our air conditioners and decide which one suits your situation best.

Please note that this only applies to serial numbers starting with: 21MA.

- E0: The room temperature sensor has failed. Contact the shop/webshop where you bought the appliance for repair.
- E2: The water tank is full in cooling mode. Remove the rubber stopper and empty the water basin.
- E3: The evaporator temperature sensor is defective. Contact the shop/webshop where you bought your machine for repair.

The unit switches off automatically when the night mode has been activated for more than 12 hours.

We recommend cleaning the filter every 2 weeks. A clean filter improves the performance of the air conditioner. Dust particles can be removed from the filter with a dry cloth or carefully with a hoover.

The remote control is placed on the side of the North. It is held in place by a magnet on the inside of the North . You will find a vertical line there that says 'Remote'.

Please note: this only applies to North models starting with serial number 21MA.

When you plug the North into the power outlet, the Wi-Fi icon will start flashing immediately. If it does not start flashing, press and hold the ‘Mode’ icon, located at the bottom right.

As soon as you plug in North , the device will automatically go into pairing mode. You can check this by the flashing Wi-Fi icon. Should this not happen, temporarily hold down the "fan" button, on the richt of the on/off button.

This is not possible. The air conditioning system cannot discharge its hot air properly in this way. Always use only the original hose supplied, otherwise defects may occur. This is not covered by the warranty.

Yes, this is possible.

Check that the device is standing on a stable surface and is not unevenly positioned. This can cause the compressor to make a loud noise.
Note that a mobile air conditioner always makes a good audible noise, because the compressor is inside the device and compressors always make noise.

The compressor's overheating protection may be on. Wait a few minutes for the temperature to drop.

This shows that your device is set too cold and has been left on too long. The best solution is to switch off your air conditioning and let it defrost completely. Then drain the water and let it dry.

One possible cause is that the unit cannot properly dissipate its heat. There may be a blockage in the hose, for example due to too many bends and/or sharp bends. A hose that is too long (caused by extending the original hose) can also be the cause.

Another possible cause is that the warm air cannot escape, for example if the hose is not directed outside or is constricted.

Please note: Always use only the original hose supplied and ensure that it is directed straight outside. Using a different hose or extending the original hose may cause damage and will void the warranty.

We would like to ask you to complete the following steps:
- Check that the air conditioner is plugged in;
- Check if there is a power outage;
- Check if the RESERVOIR VOL indicator light is flashing. If so, empty the water tank;
- Check if the room temperature is lower than the set temperature. Is that the case? Then the device is not cooling.

We would like to ask you to follow these steps:
- Check if the room is exposed to direct sunlight. Close all curtains to keep out the heat;
- Close doors and windows;
- If there are many people in the room, the temperature will rise. This makes it more difficult to reach the desired temperature;
- Check if there is anything in the room that can generate a lot of heat (e.g. a microwave oven).
- Check whether the filter is dusty or dirty;
- Check whether the air inlet or outlet is blocked;
- Check whether the room temperature is lower than the set temperature. Is that the case? Then the unit is not cooling.

The cooling system switches off when the ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature. However, the fan continues to operate according to the selected setting. When the ambient temperature rises above the selected value, cooling will become active again.
