It is not recommended to connect multiple heaters to the same outlet, as the required power supply will be higher than recommended.

This video shows how to install Slim.

Slim automatically switches off if the temperature has dropped five degrees within ten minutes. Turn it on again by pressing the standby button.

There may be a short circuit or an open circuit. Return the unit to the store where you purchased your product or contact us at service@duux.com.

This odor is caused by the heating element when the heater is first used. This is normal and gradually decreases during use.

The device is not suitable for wet areas and cannot be used in a bathroom.

Do not install this device vertically to prevent it from stopping working or to prevent a fire risk.

Occasionally wipe the outside of the heater with a soft damp cloth (not dripping) and dry the outside before using.
