Which air conditioner to buy depends mainly on the room where you want to place it. On this page, you can compare all our air conditioners and decide which one suits your situation best.

These filters can help neutralise unwanted odours such as smoke. However, we cannot guarantee that it will completely remove these odours. This strongly depends on the type and amount of contamination.

Switching between ventilation and cooling mode of the Blizzard can sometimes take a while. This has to do with the compressor. It cannot switch on/off too quickly for safety reasons.

Leave the air conditioning on for a day. It is possible that the odours from standing still will come out. If this does not help, the carbon filter may also need to be replaced and the grille cleaned.

The energy consumption is about 150W, depending on whether it is in ventilation mode 1, 2 or 3.

The carbon filter can be placed in the grille above the air outlet hose.

This is due to the gas in the air conditioner and the safety regulations mentioned above, in case this gas is unexpectedly released.

The amount of water that Blizzard drains has to do with the humidity in the room in question. If this is relatively low, hardly any water will end up in the drain pan.

The Blizzard can give the following error codes: E1, E2, E3 and E4. In all cases this is a problem with the sensor. Do you get one of these error codes? Then please contact us.

This is not possible. The air conditioning system cannot discharge its hot air properly in this way. Always use only the original hose supplied, otherwise defects may occur. This is not covered by the warranty.

The compressor's overheating protection may be on. Wait a few minutes for the temperature to drop.

Check that the device is standing on a stable surface and is not unevenly positioned. This can cause the compressor to make a loud noise.
Note that a mobile air conditioner always makes a good audible noise, because the compressor is inside the device and compressors always make noise.

This shows that your device is set too cold and has been left on too long. The best solution is to switch off your air conditioning and let it defrost completely. Then drain the water and let it dry.

One possible cause is that the unit cannot properly dissipate its heat. There may be a blockage in the hose, for example due to too many bends and/or sharp bends. A hose that is too long (caused by extending the original hose) can also be the cause.

Another possible cause is that the warm air cannot escape, for example if the hose is not directed outside or is constricted.

Please note: Always use only the original hose supplied and ensure that it is directed straight outside. Using a different hose or extending the original hose may cause damage and will void the warranty.

We would like to ask you to complete the following steps:
- Check that the air conditioner is plugged in;
- Check if there is a power outage;
- Check if the RESERVOIR VOL indicator light is flashing. If so, empty the water tank;
- Check if the room temperature is lower than the set temperature. Is that the case? Then the device is not cooling.

We would like to ask you to follow these steps:
- Check if the room is exposed to direct sunlight. Close all curtains to keep out the heat;
- Close doors and windows;
- If there are many people in the room, the temperature will rise. This makes it more difficult to reach the desired temperature;
- Check if there is anything in the room that can generate a lot of heat (e.g. a microwave oven).
- Check whether the filter is dusty or dirty;
- Check whether the air inlet or outlet is blocked;
- Check whether the room temperature is lower than the set temperature. Is that the case? Then the unit is not cooling.

The cooling system switches off when the ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature. However, the fan continues to operate according to the selected setting. When the ambient temperature rises above the selected value, cooling will become active again.
