Customer service hero!

Are you looking for a fun, challenging summer job (May-August) alongside your studies? With your customer-focused attitude, you will provide friendly service to our customers, both by phone and online. From product advice to delivery questions via channels such as Amazon and Bol.com. After extensive training, you will know all the ins and outs and keep our customers cool, both literally and figuratively! 😉

What we offer

• Salary €15, excluding vacation pay and vacation days (with a 25% bonus on Sundays and public holidays)

You are the first point of contact for our customers, so it is important that you are customer-focused, accurate, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented. You also have:

• Your own laptop
• Flexibility
• Availability for 16-40 hours per week during the period May to August
