My Edge displays an error code. What does this mean?

Edge can display different error codes. The different error codes are explained below:

- E0: The NTC is disconnected. Contact the shop/webshop where you bought the appliance for an exchange.
- E1: The NTC has shorted. Please contact the shop where you purchased the unit to have it exchanged.
- E2: The tilt switch has tripped. Disconnect the product from the power source. Place the product upright on a stable and flat surface. Connect the product to the power source.
