Meet Beam 2: the powerful humidifier with minimal footprint. With a water tank capacity of five liters and high mist output of 350 ml per hour, you are always guaranteed optimum performance. You can refill Beam 2 from above - as easy as watering plants. And thanks to the built-in temperature sensor and hygrostat, you always have an eye on the air quality in your home. The control panel doubles as a remote control and can be stored inside the unit. And with the Duux app, Beam 2 can be used anytime, anywhere.
Fits into any interior
Beam 2has a small footprint and comes in a sleek white or black design with a matt finish. The sturdy aluminium base with built-in mood lighting makes it a great addition to any room in the house.
Impressive performance
With an ultrasonic mist output of 350 ml per hour, Beam 2 is an all-rounder when it comes to improving the indoor climate. The 5-litre water tank operates for up to 25 hours in rooms up to 40m², while the self-regulating hygrostat is a great help.
40m², while the self-regulating hygrostat maintains humidity between 40 and 90%. And with less than 35dB, Beam 2 is whisper-quiet.
Complete and simple
Beam 2 has three settings and a self-regulating hygrostat that automatically regulates emissions based on your preferred settings. In addition, the unit can switch itself off automatically and measures the water level, humidity and temperature, so you are always aware. For ultimate relaxation, you can also use Beam 2 with aromatherapy.
Full control and connectivity
Beam 2 puts you in control: the high resolution LED screen displays all the information you need, including settings and values such as temperature and humidity. With the separate remote control, you can operate Beam 2 from anywhere in the room without having to get up from your couch or armchair. For ultimate control and operation, use the free Duux app with visual interface.
In the generation 2 model we have made several improvements on quality and connectivity to enhance the customer experience:
- WiFi + BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) for faster and more convenient pairing;
- Various internal quality improvements.

3rd cold winter while we heat the house to save some energy, partly with wood. We had an average humidity between 30% and 35%.
Very surprised how fast we could manage to get the leaving room to a comfortable 50% and 21 degrees feels much warmer.
Nice design, very simple to install and operate. Very happy that we decided for this model.

Does what advertised, and does it well.
Positive:
Overall build quality is great, doesn't take much space, controller + app provide easy way to use the product, large water container that lasts at least over 12 hours (tested by setting desired humidity level to 50% when 20 sqm room humidity is 20% - our apartment has a mechanical ventilation). Takes some time to reach higher humidity levels, but does so faster than many other similar products in the market. Has a "night light" that can be turned off.
App: Intuitive, even a grandma knows how to operate. Good options, but missing night mode!
Negative:
Wi-Fi: Connecting to Wi-Fi took roughly an hour. I cannot say if this was because of my own network settings, but considering I've had no issues connecting other products, I think there could be some room for improvements here.
Sound: Occasional bubbly sounds don't bother me, but the constant whirring sound can be annoying if the ambient sound in the room is on the quieter side.
Top of the humidifier: You can't change where the mist will go unless you rotate the whole tower. In my case there are outlets and other products nearby, so I need to rotate the product, which in turn hides the LCD screen. This is not really a problem for me as I use the app anyway.
A word of caution: If you accidentally bump into the product, the upper part of the tower is a bit loose and can, in worst case scenario, end with water splashing on the floor.
I also wish there was a night mode (turns off automatically the light + sets the product to produce minimum possible sound).
App: I had some issues while trying to create a schedule. I could easily create a schedule from 10:00-23:55, but not 22:00-08:00.
Overall grade: 4/5
I really like the product, but for this price I'd hope for some improvements in the future.

It is good to hear that you are satisfied with our product. Regarding the Wi-Fi: we recently updated this to make it easier to connect, as this was often perceived as difficult. The Beam does make a small bubbling sound, however it should not be zooming, if this is the case I would recommend contacting customer service at [email protected].
