My Beam Mini will not connect to Wi-Fi. The light blinks too slowly. What can I do?

When the Beam tries to connect to the Wi-Fi channel it starts a pairing mode. Probably your Beam will not enter this mode when you press the button. You need to perform a short reset for this. - Take the remote control out of the Beam - Point the remote control at the Beam, press the Wifi button (the arrows) for 3 seconds until you hear a beep, then release the button - Then press the POWER button on the BEAM itself (not on the remote control!) until you hear a beep, then release the button - Wait a few seconds, the Wifi logo should now blink rapidly - Your Beam is now back in pairing mode

My Beam Mini has the E1 error message, what do I do now?

1) Turn off Beam Mini and unplug it from the mains. 2) Beam Mini consists of a bottom (the base) and a top (the water tank). Take the top of Beam Mini and put it aside temporarily (NOTE: put it in a sink). 3) Remove the water from the bottom of Beam Mini (the base). 4) Put the plug in the wall socket. 5) Press the minus (-) sign on the remote control until you hear a beep. 6) Now put the top, including the water, back on the bottom. Wait a moment until the water has drained out of the water tank and then switch Beam Mini back on. The E1 message should no longer be visible.
