The stylish dehumidifier that tackles excessive humidity
Climate control suitable for any room

Climate control suitable for any room
Bora is a stylish dehumidifier that creates the ideal climate in any room, such as your attic or cellar. The compressor draws in air and extracts the moisture, which is collected in the 4-litre water tank. Bora comes with a built-in hygrostat and carbon filter and is easy to operate via the Duux app.
A design to be seen
Bora is a dehumidifier with a stylish, timeless design that can be seen in any room. Bora is equipped with a sturdy handle that is neatly concealed and wheels on the underside for easy movement of the unit. A tasteful luminous element shows the humidity level through the housing.
Effective dehumidification
Bora can extract up to 20 litres of moisture from the air in 24 hours. The water tank holds 4 litres or you can connect a hose for continuous drainage. The carbon filter removes gases, smoke and odours so you can also enjoy clean air. Bora uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and has a self-cleaning programme so the unit can be stored safely and dry.
Quiet and self-regulating
Bora comes with a hygrostat that can be set to the desired humidity (between 30 and 80%). Bora has several modes: the auto mode automatically regulates the humidity while the continuous mode continues to extract moisture. Bora also has two manual settings and is very quiet with a noise level of 46dB in night mode. The unit switches off automatically when the water tank is full.
Everything under control
On the clear LED control panel, you can see exactly which settings are active. The elegant and invisible display on the front shows the current humidity level and with the timer mode you can set Bora to switch off automatically after a certain time. Download the Duux app to control your indoor climate anytime, anywhere.

We are satisfied with the Duux Bora . Fairly pricey but you get a nice sleek design in return, and made of sturdy material. You can see that every detail has been considered. The device also works as you would expect, fine although I personally would have expected it to be a little quieter. However, this is not a big problem.
After some time we unfortunately had a problem with the unit, it was leaking water resulting in a small puddle of water on the floor all the time. After contacting Duux everything went very smoothly, no endless mail and/or trial and error. After checking one possible cause and finding out that that was not the problem, the warranty was activated. We received a neat email with instructions to return the Bora . Two days later we received our new Bora .
The service Duux provided us was really perfect and an example for all companies. This deserves a big compliment, thank you Duux.

Installation was easy and humidity in our basement adjusted immediately. Only one problem with the drain hose. It connected as requested but the unit stops when the water tank is full. This is obviously not the intention.

Also own Duux Bora dehumidifier. Has stood its ground in our newly built home that was completed in the winter and thus was soaking wet. Great device!

Machine works fine but through the app. you cannot set on automatic setting and on machine you can, if you press automatic on iPhone you hear beep but nothing happens.
Furthermore I think the measurement of moisture is not correct. we have built a house abroad in the mountains and are in the process of balancing moisture. With several other measuring devices it shows 54% and the Duux shows 40%. is that possible ?

It does the job well enough, but the humidity sensor consistently shows a humidity that is about 12% lower than the actual humidity, so you'll need to account for that. It also emits a continous tone occasionally that you can only turn off by turning the whole thing off.

We use it for a damp basement. Really does its job, but the app less so.... The app doesn't always tell us when the tank is full. Could be due to the bad wifi in the basement maybe? But otherwise a good product.

Seul bĆ©mol lorsque le taux d'humiditĆ© est atteint le dĆ©shumidificateur continue Ć tourner en ventilation haute ....ne pourrait il pas ĆŖtre automatique passĆ© en ventilation basse.
That is my only complaint.

I am very satisfied with the BORA dehumidifier.
The device works fine, is easy to operate and the app is an asset.
The design is also great.

Pluses
The device does its job.
Minus
Annoying beeping with every click. You can't turn it off and it's loud.
It will not turn off automatically when you have reached the right humidity. It still blows the fan, so it's hard to understant whether it still on or in standby mode.

Dear Ligitas,
Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, the beep cannot be turned off. This is included in our improvement process for the new production. Thank you for that!
The reason the fan is still running is so that the entire room is measured for humidity. Suppose that does not happen, it is only measured where the machine is and therefore it can be more humid on the other side of the room.
