With this dock + battery pack, you can make your Whisper Flex (Ultimate) fully wireless and take it anywhere: to the bedroom or that spot in the garden where you like to read a book. The battery can be easily placed on the bottom and automatically charges as soon as it is connected to the dock.

NOTE: This battery is only suitable for Whisper Flex (Ultimate) models beginning with serial number 24 or higher.

With this dock + battery pack, you can make your Whisper Flex (Ultimate) fully wireless and take it anywhere: to the bedroom or that spot in the garden where you like to read a book. The battery can easily be placed on the bottom and recharges automatically as soon as it is connected to the dock. The battery pack lasts up to 11 hours, depending on the settings.

Note: power adapter not included. Simply connect the dock to the power adapter of Whisper Flex (Ultimate).

Installation

Do I need to fully charge the battery before first use?

This is indeed recommended in order to make the best use of the battery.

How should I store my battery in the low season?

If you wish to store the fan for a long time, we recommend that you first fully charge the battery. The battery should be removed from the fan and stored separately. It is best to store the battery in a dark room at room temperature. In order to maintain the life of the battery pack, it is advisable to fully charge the battery pack once before putting it back into use.

My battery drains when I don't use my fan, is that right?

The Whisper Flex Smart with battery pack has a built-in LED display that also uses the battery. The use of the WiFi function also causes a slow decline in battery life. To make the best use of the battery, we recommend that you keep the Whisper Flex Smart on the charging dock when the fan is not in use.
