I purchased the edge 1000.First of all it took me three days to get the app working proberly .One of the main confusing issues, is you have two apps available .if you follow the link it shows on you website,initially it advises you to download gen 1.best advice follow the link on the qr code in the instruction manual.

Purchased the DUUX 2000 2 weeks ago, after a few days it does not heat up. In the screen I see nothing strange, temperature is at max but does not heat up. Bad purchase

Our DUUX experience started with this purchase. Works super simple and the room warms up quickly. Bought the first Edge for the living room and our dog loves lying in her basket in front of the heater. After we were super happy with the purchase we bought a second one for the bedroom and also recommended it to friends to buy, who like us became big fans of DUUX.

A beautiful design. And despite an output of "only" 1000 watts, this heater gets our living room up to temperature well. Thanks to our solar panels we do not notice anything about the consumption of this heater.

Nice device, works well, but a few points of attention: 1: the measured temperature first drops a bit after activation and rises after deactivation, hence not a very constant temperature in the room. 2: It is impossible to make a schedule from e.g. 20.00 - 06.00 because the start time has to be earlier than the end time...? ?? 3: night mode (no sound) can only be selected after activation, and is also not remembered. So every time you switch on, there is a beep in the bedroom...

Thank you for your review. I have some more information about your comments
1. When a convection flow starts, the coldest air will be 'sucked in' first. Since the sensor is at the bottom of the product, this air will be measured quickly.
2. The end time must be later in the same 24 hour period as the start time. This functionality will be extended in an update in the near future. Keep an eye on the app updates
