Efficient heating in all directions
With 3 heating settings (max. 1800 Watt) and 2 ventilation settings (Eco and Boost), Threesixty 2 is a diverse heater. In boost mode, it can heat up a room of 30m2 twice as fast as conventional heaters, thanks to its efficient PTC heating element. The air outlet makes sure the heat is evenly distributed in 360 degrees.
Just the right temperature
Threesixty 2 achieves a cozy room temperature thanks to its adjustable settings. Safety wise, Threesixty 2 is equipped with a tip-over safety switch in case it falls over, overheat protection if the heater gets too warm, and a safety switch on the bottom so it can't be switched on by accident.
Always in control
Operating Threesixty 2 is easy: use the buttons on the device or download the app to operate Threesixty 2 from your favourite chair. With the app, you can set set the temperature between 18-30°C. The heater's LED indicators tell you which settings are active.

I have a varanda of approx 45 m/3 which in this winter time ( outside it is 5 Degrees) is kept pleasantly warm in setting 1. Silent fan also works fine even bi setting 2.
I only had some trouble with the wifi connection but after resetting it a few times it finally worked. Design of the heater is also fine it does not stand out in the room.

L'application quant-à-elle est catastrophique. Ce qui explique cette note sur l'app store ...
La première connexion avec l'appareil a été de suite. Cependant une fois débranché et rebranché c'est tout une autre affaire. Impossible de le coupler correctement; le commandes de l'app ne réagissent pas ou alors en décalé d'une dizaine de minutes et l'appareil s'éteint inopinément. La programmation de l'horaire de chauffe est assez simple... dommage que ça ne fonctionne pas.
Je note cependant l'appareil 5/5; mais l'application ne mérite aucune étoile. Si vous souhaitez uniquement l'utiliser comme petit chauffage le threesixty est parfait. Mais si vous souhaitez le paramétrer correctement, attendez une mise à jour complète de l'app.

Had first bought 1 for the living room. Liked it so much immediately that the 2nd for the upstairs was also purchased within a week. They are beautiful ( have both the white and black) very easy to install. App also works nicely. Use them as an extra and already save heating costs. Highly recommended. And in terms of design it does not look out of place in any interior. And the service from Duux is really super. Fast and friendly contact.

It is a pleasant heater but the fan makes quite a lot of noise when on boost. The controls are pretty simple with 3 modes to choose from 800 watts, 1200 watts with boost and 1800 watts with boost.
The app took some effort to pair the heaters, we have two of them. The tip here is to forcefully stop the app and try again. Also with Google Assistant the heater can work but beyond turning it on and off I can't manage. By the way, the app is needed to set the temperature.
The measured temperature is excellent on one heater but on another it seems to stick. I need to take a closer look at that.
The heat is enough to heat a 40-50 m2 living room. This obviously takes a long time but it can be done. In our bedroom of 15 to 20 m2 it goes a lot faster.
What we absolutely like is that they are small and compact and happy that they have enough capacity to (re)heat. The only downside we find is the noise. Like the Whisper fan, we had expected less noise.

Main reason for buying this product was the additional functionality in the app which should measure room temperature vs set temperature and switch on/off accordingly.
Unfortunately it does not measure the room temperature correctly, remains stuck at 15 degrees while actual room temperature is 20 degrees.

0 stars, 2 heaters later and still heater set to 18c and despite this the heater is still on at 25c and the app says 14c, they have the cheak to say things about underfloor heating , why would you buy a heater if you had under floor heating... even have the heater 1 meter off the ground just to see if any change. The heater is more than adequate to heat any room in my house but at £2 per 3 hrs for electric as it just stays on is no use

I also thought the sticker didn't come off. It didn't work at all on one side. Fortunately, it worked on the other side. And if you do it very slowly and carefully, the side that didn't work at first also comes off, no sticking remains.
The device does not make any noise at all as described in a review. Silent it is not, it rustles softly, but this seems logical to me. I have not needed it yet. Tried it out though. Perfect! As well as my Whisper, Globe, small and large air purifiers, humidity regulator. Happy with all my devices from DUUX.

1 star simply because the the the sticker cannot be removed. Despite the inviting "peel here" this is a cheap and mostly unnecessary sticker that only leaves adhesive residue and sticker material. This I expect at Action or so but not from Duux. Back to the drawing board for this. Can't be that hard can it? Just leave out that nonsense.

Find that the fan makes tremendous noise. Read stories that you can hardly hear the fan on the low setting. Unfortunately I am very disappointed. Hope that the very strong plastic smell disappears soon. It makes me very nauseous.

Heizungen sind im Winter nur in Betrieb wenn Besuch kommt oder damit die Wasserrohre in der Wohnung nicht einfrieren.

Es macht was es soll und auch mit Appbedienung alles super.
Was ich noch grandioser finde, dass dieser kleine Kasten 2 Zimmer beheizt, ca. 35qm und damit habe ich nicht gerechnet.

I received the threesixty 2 heater from my daughter for Christmas. It took some effort to connect to the app. Furthermore, the current temperature stays at 13 degrees when it really is warmer. I placed it on a table in the hope that maybe it would indicate better. But alas. Furthermore, there is no on / off button on the bottom as indicated in the manual and instruction video? Find this strange. Are there several versions with and without that button? The heating of my living room takes very long but that's because I have a spacious living room with sloping roof. But at least it is cheaper than turning on the central heating with the expensive price of gas now.

The heater looks nice and promising according to reviews. To heat the room the performance was disappointing as far as we are concerned. The temperature what comes out of the heater is really warm to hot control but the air movement is limited to heat large room. So the heat is too localized.

- Le mode boost (bruyant) permet de chauffer rapidement une chambre.
- Le réglage minimum est plutôt silencieux et permet de maintenir la température d'une pièce et n'est pas dérangeant pour dormir.
- Connexion facile. Même après une coupure de courant il se reconnecte après quelques minutes au wifi.
Les - :
- La température affichée n'est pas la bonne donc il devrait être possible de régler un " décalage ". Dans mon cas il y 2 degrés de différence.
- Concernant la différence de température, Duux précise qu'il vaut mieux mettre le chauffage en hauteur pour éviter le froid du sol, mais après avoir testé, cela ne fait aucune différence et j'ai toujours 2 degrés d'écart.
- Impossible de rafraichir l'application, je suis obligé de quitter et de réouvrir l'app pour que la température se mette à jour.

Read a lot of experiences and really only good ones, so hop bought a black and a white one 1 for our bedroom and 1 for in the kids playroom. And wow!!! Through the app set to 20 degrees and keeps it nicely on this temperature (turns off at the set temperature and switches back on when it gets colder) actually not expected. In terms of noise it is actually not so bad on the lowest setting you can not hear it, middle setting but not disturbing on the highest setting you can indeed hear it but it is hardly ever on.
All in all highly recommended!

About the Threesixty 2 we are very satisfied. Is the product perfect? No it isn't but we'll get to that in a moment.
The device looks very good, simple but for that very reason a nice design. It also feels very solid. More important is whether it heats well and this little Threesixty does that just fine. A bedroom is no problem at all but also an average Dutch living room is quite reasonable. Of course the device needs some time for this but it does a very nice job. So far we are satisfied but as I mentioned a bit, it also has some quirks (still).
Pairing with a cell phone is a challenge. With two different Samsungs we haven't succeeded yet, however with an iPhone it went perfectly. Then as others also point out, the temperature is just doing whatever and does not always match the actual temperature in the room.
For us, however, this is no objection at all, the room comes up to temperature wonderfully and that is the most important thing for us. Then we have the sound. Whereas other products from Duux are generally extremely quiet, this little friend leaves something to be desired. The lowest setting is pretty quiet but in general you need the higher settings and then the product really makes too much noise. This has to be improved.
All in all, we are very satisfied, what it should do it does, heat. There is some room for improvement but we must not forget that we are dealing with a very compact stove. This is not our only Duux product, we are very satisfied with Duux.

Warms up our living room (mat ceiling almost 5/6 meters high) quickly!
Only downside is that the internal thermostat does not work very well. It often stays at 18 degrees in the app, while in reality it is 20/21 degrees in the room. No problem, since we have a thermostat that also indicates the temperature, but a disadvantage is that heater does not automatically stop at the right temperature but keeps blowing.
Other than that really super happy with this purchase, it saves a lot of money and you have rooms where you are warmed up quickly.

Just received this beautiful device. The room is warming up nicely and the sound of the fan is not bad at all. Now we have to wait and see how it uses it. At the moment the device is not yet connected to Google, but hopefully it will be soon. The only thing is indeed, that the thermostat does not indicate the correct temperature, as mentioned earlier here. With me, the app indicates a room temperature of 15 degrees, while the actual temperature is 15 degrees. I am curious as to how this can be resolved.

The temperature sensor at Threesixty is on the bottom of the unit so it can be affected by the floor temperature. The type of floor and underfloor heating also plays an important role in this. Because warm air naturally rises, temperatures near the floor may be lower than elsewhere in the room. Placing the Threesixty on an elevation would already allow the temperature sensor to work more accurately.

I have a 2nd Duux Threesixty 2 heater bought because I find it a super heater that gives off quite a bit of heat since I have a large area. It also saves a lot of gas consumption I can see this daily by the purchase of a P1 meter to the smart meter to connect this works with an app so I see daily what the costs are for gas and electricity. Gas consumption is very much less.

Heats fine in a short time. Pairing did not work at first, was able to pair via other Duux 2022 app, but can't do anything else with it, so can't pair or schedule with google home. My fan from Duux cannot be paired with this app, so I have to use two apps for the devices. Will there be a solution to this?

Looks good, doesn't smell bad, runs quietly at minimum speed and gives you expected additional comfort at a reasonable price compared to other nice looking products on the market that cannot be controlled remotely with your own device or Amazon Alexa.
Can't really ear of feel the difference between, not crazy louder, speed II and III but not needed in my 16m3 sized home office room.
Timer function could eventually be added as part of the software controls.

It is my 2nd Threesixty. This version 2 is indeed a lot quieter and that was the reason for buying it!
- Heating is fine.
- The temperature measurement is not as pleasant as with version 1. This version does not come above 16C in a reasonably warm room.
- Also not being able to connect to e.g. Homey is a shortcoming of this version (will be solved soon, Duux).

We regret that this will not be resolved in the near future, as we are dependent on external parties. I would have liked to bring you other news, but unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it.

Nice compact device that quickly brings my office up to temperature. Pairing with the app was easy. The temperature measured by the "360" is 2 degrees lower than my own thermometer. Setting the temperature at the minimum possible 18 degrees ensures that it is actually 20 degrees. In my opinion, that is too warm. Setting a time schedule is handy. There is one big disadvantage to this Duux, and that is the noise! Even in the lowest setting it is disturbing. The radio has to be turned up two notches to be able to understand the news. The noise comes from the ventilator. You really need to do better than that. Now it sounds like an old worn-out toilet fan that is humming. Hence only 3 stars.

An update is available for the Duux app, which now allows you to connect your Threesixty more easily. Go to the App Store and update the app. After updating, open the app and turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Make sure your Threesixty is in pairing mode (rapid flashing of the wifi light). Then click on the plus sign to add a device and wait a few seconds. The app will try to find your device based on its Bluetooth connection. Enter your wifi password and wait for it to pair.
Once paired, you can control your product by WiFi. Bluetooth is no longer needed after pairing your device.

Hello actually a great approach, but my expectations are high, because the price is also high.
What is not true is the ACTUAL temperature display in the APP that does not correlate with the mean achieved room temperature, I also understand why that is so, only if the temperature sensor is located in the intake duct of the heater. ERGO: The temperature display for the customer must be adjustable, so that one can set an additional offset temperature. The current deviations are about dT = +7C° in a room of 15m2.
WLan coupling is not always clean when you leave the transmitter area and come back to the connection area!
And yes the heater fan seems so safe when the situation switch tilt always works.
How do you clean the intake area properly? It for this no hint in the user mauel? Vacuum cleaner is not enough!
A filter in the suction area that you can change is a must for such a device!
Since the expectation is high and the heater should switch off when the average room temperature is reached and this currently can not, I can only give 2 stars because of the main function.
If there is a change to switch off properly at adjustable room temperature, then I would give 4 stars.
If a filter is installed 5 stars!!!

I really struggled to get my duux smart three sixty to connect to my app. I went through the FAQs to try and figure out why it wasnt working and ended up disabling my 5Ghz wireless and changing my password (first letter wasnt capitalised). None of this seemed to make any difference. This is an arduous process and something I would prefer to have not had to do because it means having to reconfigure all other devices on the network. Eventually it ended up being my security type that I needed to put to WPA-auto. This is less secure than I would expect to have to set it to and now all my windows 10 machines are complaining about having connect to this network.
Is this going to be changed/updated at some point as this seems like a poor design for newly made product in 2021.
Now that I am connected it seems to do what it says on the box and its good looking.

Yesterday I received my Duux after a super fast delivery.
What a great little device. My living room is now several degrees warmer, without having to turn on the heating. And this morning when I woke up, I immediately switched it on and an hour later the temperature had risen by 2.5 degrees.
I'm going to get another one, then I won't even have to turn the heating on!

Due to the high gas prices, this heater added in the living room. This saves considerably on gas consumption. The sound is similar to a fan. Works perfectly with Google assistant, pairing is a piece of cake. The heater turns off when the set temperature is reached. For a few hours in the evening the power consumption is not too bad.

With the current gas prices this heater extra in the living room put down. This significantly reduces gas consumption. A fine device, controllable with Google assistant. The sound is like a fan, not disturbing, the TV is on anyway. At temperature the heater turns off. And turns on again when the temperature is lower than the set temperature. The consumption of electricity is not so bad!
