Supply Chain Employee

You will support Duux further growth Duux the field of logistics and work on optimizing processes on a daily basis. Together, we will ensure that our goods flows are efficient, transparent, and future-proof.

This is what you will do

As a Supply Chain Employee, you will assist in coordinating our international flow of goods. You will ensure that our products arrive in Europe on time and according to schedule from Asia and are distributed further.

You will work closely with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and colleagues in purchasing, sales, and finance. You will play an important role in processing, checking, and monitoring logistics processes and will ensure that everything runs smoothly from an administrative and operational perspective.

In short: you keep control of daily supply chain activities and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What you will do, among other things:

• Processing and following up on sales orders, shipments, and returns;
• Support with container planning and inventory management;
• Checking transport documentation and logistics administration;
• Coordinating with suppliers, distributors, and transport partners;
• Supporting sales in order processing and delivery time communication;
• Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas for process improvements.

A versatile position in which you are involved in operations, maintain an overview, and contribute to an efficient supply chain.

This is you

You work in a structured and accurate manner and enjoy having an overview. You get energy from planning, organizing, and solving logistical puzzles. In a dynamic environment, you remain calm and in control of your work.

In addition, you will bring:

• HBO (higher professional education) level of working and thinking;
• 0–2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role;
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Affinity with logistics processes and administrative systems;
• A proactive, eager to learn, and solution-oriented attitude.

Experience with international suppliers or transport partners is a plus, but not a must.
