Have you recently purchased a Whisper (Flex)? If so, you can request a new and improved front and rear grille for free here. This grid is reinforced at the front and back with an extra ring which makes the bars less flexible. After your request has been sent, we will send you the new grilles free of charge within a few days. You will be notified of this by e-mail. You can distinguish the old and new grating in the following way:
