No, you can only apply for the cashback if you bought your heater at Darty, Fnac or Boulanger.

You can provide proof of purchase by submitting either the invoice you received by email or a photo of your in-store receipt.

The serial number is on the small side of the box. Please note: it is NOT the number underneath the name of the product. The serial number is on the other side of the box. It usually starts with 24, 25, or 26 and then two letters, either CH or OH.

An example serial number for a heater would be: 24CH123456789

To qualify for this cashback promotion, you must cut the serial number together with the barcode out of the box. It is not enough to just take a picture of the serial number while it is still attached, or to peel the sticker with the serial number off the box. You need to cut it out, so there is a hole in your box. Then take a picture of the cut out serial number and barcode.

Then run to your paper recycling bin, because without the cut out serial number, you can't participate in the cashback promotion.

If your application is not valid, our customer service team will contact you to make sure you submit the right information.

If your application is valid, you will receive the cashback on your bank account within a few weeks.
