We are continuously improving the Duux app.

On this page, you’ll find an overview of the updates we’ve already made, as well as the improvements that are still on the way. Step by step, we’re building an app that is easier to use, better looking and safe for everyone.

  • Improvements in the 'Homes' feature. In select cases, participants in a home could not see all devices in that home or received an error message in doing so. This has been resolved.
  • The link to the Amazon Alexa app and Duux-skill in it works again.

  • Faster response time between your Duux device and the App
  • Error messages reported by the device such as "The water tank is full" disappear when the underlying problem is corrected.
  • Edge and Bright 2 get more features in schema functionality. Additional functionality for the full range will follow in later updates.
  • Various enhancements to improve your experience during peak usage times.

  • The problem where a device could not be added (after confirming the device was added, it did not appear on the home screen) has been fixed.
  • The failure to display the PM value of Bright 2 on the home screen has been resolved.
  • The problem where anonymous users could not connect to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant (a screen was shown to log in or create an account first) has been fixed.
  • The WiFi password issue, where you could not connect after one error even with the correct password, has been resolved.
  • A possible desynchronization between device and app that could occur every ~30 seconds has been fixed.
  • The app responds faster to changes on the Duux device
  • In some cases it could happen that your device was not immediately visible after adding it, this has been fixed.
