Everything you need to know about ordering and paying at Duux

Order Information

  1. 1. Select your product on the product page;
  2. 2. Click the “Add to Cart” button to add a product to your shopping cart;
  3. 3. Click the shopping cart icon at the top right to view the contents of your cart;
  4. 4. Then click “Checkout” to pay for the items in your cart.
  5. 5. If you wish to modify items in your cart, you can do it in the same window;
  6. 6. Enter your billing and delivery address and select your preferred payment method;
  7. 6. If you agree with the general terms and conditions and have carefully reviewed your order, check the box for the terms and conditions and click “Place Order.”

Payment Information

iDEAL

With iDEAL, you can order and pay confidently, safely, and easily. You complete payment within your familiar online banking environment using the specific payment methods of your own bank. You can pay securely via iDEAL if you use online banking via ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regiobank, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, Deutsche Bank, Triodos, or Van Lanschot Bankiers. Payment via iDEAL works the same way as internet banking. You need a bank card and an identification method.
iDEAL payments are processed by Mollie.

Credit Card

You have the option to pay with a Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard).

Bancontact / Mister Cash

Bancontact / Mister Cash is the online payment system developed by the joint banks in Belgium. The banks include Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA Bank, and VDK Spaarbank. If you are a customer of the participating banks and use online banking, you can pay via Bancontact / Mister Cash. Pay for your purchase in a trusted banking environment.

KBC / CBC Payment Button

KBC/CBC is an online payment method for customers of KBC and CBC, together the largest banks in Belgium. KBC focuses on Flanders and CBC on Wallonia. The banks provide their customers with a payment button for easy and fast online payments. Customers pay for their online purchases from their own trusted online banking environment. Payments are processed immediately and guaranteed once completed. Customers cannot reclaim the payments.

ING Home’Pay

ING Belgium is one of the largest banks in Belgium. With Home’Pay, they have created a dedicated payment method for their own customers, both personal and business. Those with a Home’Bank or Business’Bank online account can safely pay online without a credit card.

Bank Transfer

With SEPA, transfers can be made from any European bank account to any other European bank account. Paying via bank transfer is a trusted and safe way for consumers to pay online. Through internet banking, the amount can be transferred very easily. SEPA transfers are supported in 34 countries. Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and Poland all have a high percentage of online shoppers paying via SEPA transfer.

AfterPay (up to €2500)

If you choose the option to pay later via AfterPay, you will receive a digital invoice from AfterPay after completing your order to pay for your purchase after delivery. Note! You will receive the digital invoice from AfterPay within 7 days of your order.

For approval of your payment request with AfterPay, a data check is performed. AfterPay maintains a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. If your request to pay via invoice is not authorized, you can always pay your order using another payment method.

Giropay

Giropay is the German version of the Dutch iDEAL. Giropay is based on the existing German online banking system and is specifically designed for use in e-commerce environments. Giropay is a widely used online payment method in Germany with around 17 million users.

EPS

EPS (Electronic Payment Standard) is a debit card payment method that can be seen as the Austrian variant of iDEAL. Over 90% of Austrian online stores now accept EPS as a payment method in their webshop.

Transactions with EPS are guaranteed, so there is no risk of chargebacks. When paying with EPS, CardGate provides real-time feedback on the payment status. This allows you to ship the purchased product immediately to your customer. Quick processing ensures satisfied customers.
