The Battery Pack you need depends on your product’s serial number. If the serial number starts with 24 or higher, you need the Gen 2 Battery Pack. If the serial number starts with 23 or lower, you need the Gen 1 Battery Pack.

You can find the serial number underneath the base of the product.
