I want to cancel my order. Is that still possible?

In most cases, your order is forwarded to our warehouse 10 minutes after it has been placed. To check whether we can still cancel your order, it is best to contact us as soon as possible. We are available on business days from 09:00 to 17:00. The fastest way is to call us, start a live chat, or send us a WhatsApp message.

Did you place your order outside our opening hours? In that case, we can no longer cancel it. You can then refuse the shipment at the door, and it will be returned to us. You will receive your refund within 14 business days after we have received your package.
