How do I return my order?

Our returns portal is temporarily unavailable. Would you like to return an item? Please email your order number, address details and the article you want to return to service@duux.com, and we will get back to you.

If you regret your purchase, you may revoke it within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After notifying you that you are cancelling your purchase, you still have 14 days to return the product.

It is also possible to return part of your order!
