How do I return my order?

Our returns portal is temporarily unavailable. Would you like to return an item? Please email your order number and address details to service@duux.com, and we will get back to you.

If you regret your purchase, you may revoke it within 14 days without giving a reason. After notifying you that you are cancelling your purchase, you still have 14 days to return the product.
