If you have suffered damage to your home, we advise you to first report this to your own home insurance provider or, if you are renting, to your landlord.

Home insurance often provides coverage based on the actual repair costs or the costs required to restore the property to its original condition.

Contents insurance, in many cases, provides coverage based on the replacement value of the damaged items.

If you are not insured for the damage incurred, please let us know so we can explore a solution. If Duux BV is found to be liable for the damage and its liability insurance needs to be invoked, compensation will be provided in accordance with the law.
