Customer Service Where do I find the serial number of my heater?

Where do I find the serial number of my heater?

The serial number is on the small side of the box. Please note: it is NOT the number underneath the name of the product. The serial number is on the other side of the box. It usually starts with 24, 25, or 26 and then two letters, either CH or OH.

An example serial number for a heater would be: 24CH123456789
