In Bora’s night mode, the indicator lights are dimmed and the beep sounds are turned off. The actual noise level of the device does not change.

Night mode is mainly designed for extra comfort in the evening or bedroom, without disturbing lights or sound signals.

In continuous mode, Bora keeps dehumidifying continuously. In auto mode, the device stops automatically once the set humidity level has been reached.

In auto mode, you can set your preferred humidity level yourself. Once this level is reached, the compressor stops while the fan remains active. If the humidity rises again later, Bora will automatically start again. This is ideal if you want to maintain a constant and comfortable humidity level at home.

Bora is a condensation dehumidifier.

The effectiveness of Bora decreases as the room gets colder. Around 13/14 degrees Celsius is the minimum temperature to continue working optimally. Below these temperatures Bora will still work, but it will take longer to reach the desired air humidity.

The desired humidity can be set between 30% and 80%.

At its lowest setting, Bora produces 35dB of noise. This increases to 46dB in the highest position.

The active carbon filter from Bora has a life of 1 to 1.5 years. After that we recommend replacing the filter.

Switch Bora off before activating pairing mode. Then press and hold the Wi-Fi button for about 5 seconds until the product is ready to connect.

You can then easily pair Bora in the Duux app.

A P1/LO error or ice build-up on the Duux Bora is usually normal. The product will automatically switch to defrost mode and then resume dehumidifying on its own.

A dehumidifier cools the incoming air using a cold evaporator element. This causes moisture to condense, but at lower temperatures ice can also form. Bora detects this automatically and starts defrosting. For best performance, use the product at an ambient temperature between 16 and 32 °C. Bora also works between 5 and 16 °C, but it may temporarily defrost more often.
