I want to add a new family member in the app, but when I enter an email address I get an error message. What can I do?

If you get the following error message "The users you invite belong to different data centers, and for reasons of data protection policies, you can not share devices", it means that your account was created during or before December 2020. This can be fixed by deleting your account and creating a new one. You can now add a family member again.
