What are the return conditions?

Return conditions

 

  • We can only accept returns if the order - if possible - is returned undamaged, in original packaging and in a sturdy shipping box. For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to charge the damage (depreciation);
  • Items supplied by Duux.com through the following sales channels:
    • Fonq.co.uk
  • Items purchased directly online at duux.com. If you have purchased a Duux product at one of our retail outlets (Mediamarkt, BCC, Wehkamp, Bol.com, Coolblue, Expert, VTWonen) you must also return the product there.
  • You will receive the full purchase amount including any standard shipping costs back from us within 14 days after dissolution. We may withhold a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
  • Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to be credited to your account.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it shall be sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refunds. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the seller.

You shall only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
