High dehumidification capacity
Blizzard is equipped with a dehumidification mode that can remove 33 liters per day of moisture from the air. This high dehumidification capacity makes the unit suitable for large rooms or for use in humid environments. The dehumidification mode is designed to regulate the humidity in a room, making the room more pleasant and reducing the risk of mold and mildew growth. Additionally, Blizzard offers the option of continuous water drainage via a drain hose, so the unit can continue to operate without interruption without you having to worry about emptying the water tank.

I bought it last year during the hot summer, especially for my elderly dog who was suffering from the heat. One of my best purchases ever! Owen some extra comfort and quality of life and I feel better. Cools very well and I find the App and Google Assistant link ideal. Can just let it pre-cool while I'm out!
This summer I used the night mode for the first time and it didn't work well. After contacting Duux it was exchanged for a brand new one. Now that is service! Next time I will buy it directly from them, now via Mediamarkt because they had it in stock at the time. All in all very content and happy with Duux! All credit to them.

Good product. I bought this last year through other retailer but came to this site to buy accessories (window seal). Good enough to spend some time to write a review and give good rating. Don't expect silence like A/C units with separate units - there is noise. However for me, I am fine with the cooling power it brings + the mobility. I use it in the living room during the day and in the bedroom during the night.

The Duux Blizzard 12K,
The air conditioner that I have owned for 2 weeks now. A beautiful air conditioner (in my opinion) that fits well in both the living room and the bedroom. The Blizzard has a number of handy features that make it enjoyable to use, such as:
Remote control:
Remote control of the air conditioner with the included remote control works well and reacts quickly. The size of the remote control is small but fine (in my opinion) the buttons on the remote control are clear and work well. Well thought out by Duux is the hollowed-out remote control holder at the top of the airco. This way, you don't lose the remote control and it is easy to use.
Min point: the remote control is light and completely made of plastic. This feels a bit cheap.
Night mode:
The night mode was the biggest disappointment for me with this air conditioner. I expected this air conditioner to have night mode for the bedroom. I had hoped that the air conditioner would blow less than the normal mode.
This was one of the reasons why I chose this air conditioner. The night mode appears to be nothing more than the air conditioner lights going out after a few seconds. Even in night mode, the air conditioner generator occasionally starts up when it needs to cool down again. This makes a loud noise that the average person cannot sleep through. The word night mode can therefore mislead the customer. It would have been nice if Duux had been clearer about this in the description.
The Duux app:
The Duux app is an extra to control the air conditioner instead of your remote control or by hand. The app does no more and no less.
Fan mode:
There are 3 settings for how hard the Blizzard can blow. Both with the remote control and on the app and airco these settings work great. I think it's a pity that you can't set it to your own speed, just like the volume button on your TV.
You are now really limited to 3 settings that the Blizzard gives you. Also, the fan mode cannot be set to night mode, as this is only possible in airco mode. This means that when you go to sleep, you can't choose this mode and the air conditioning lights stay on.
The air conditioning booth:
The airco stand works well and cools. A real airco that does a good job. The airco can cool up to 18 degrees. This is wonderfully cold on a hot summer day.
Timer:
The nice thing about this air conditioner is that it also has a timer. because of this it's not on all the time and you can determine what time it stops blowing again.
Drain hose (warm air) and window kit:
The drain hose is top, works well and is easy to install. I don't like the colour of the airco itself because the airco is black and white and the drain hose is beige/light grey. Also the length of the hose for the attic windows should be just a bit long.
I personally find the window kit that came with it worthless. It is actually just a fabric cloth that you have to stick to your window opening with Velcro and through it you put the drain hose. For a mobile air conditioner that you put in your living room during the day and in your bedroom in the evening you can only use the window kit in one place. or you have to buy a second set. I'd rather there was a plastic plate that you could put between your window. this way you can use it anywhere again. I made this one for myself.
Conclusion:
A nice air conditioner at a nice price. Which is easy to move and cools well as it should be in an airco. Many nice features which in my opinion could be changed to call this a top product. Duux is well on its way and has put a nice air conditioner on the market. Now let's hope that they change these small things for the future.

If you really want to be cold then it makes a lot of noise like a compressor or refrigerator in a very bad mood, but once the temperature is stable then the sound is good to do. But I get happy from the improvement in temperature at the expense of sound, and apart from that this seems to be a good device for the time being, works nicely with the app.
And it looks a bit like a loudspeaker, which I think is a well-chosen form compared to the competitive offer.

A few weeks ago I ordered a top product. There are no silent air conditioners, but compared to other air conditioners, this one really stands out. The design also makes it stand out from other air conditioners. Low noise and little annoyance in the noise that this air conditioner does make. Cools well and quickly. Easy to use and convenient with the Duux app from your smartphone which also allows you to keep track of the temperature that the air conditioner measures. Price/quality is definitely worth it! Very satisfied with it!
