Installation

Do I need to fully charge the battery before first use?

This is indeed recommended in order to make the best use of the battery.

How should I store my battery in the low season?

If you wish to store the fan for a long time, we recommend that you first fully charge the battery. The battery should be removed from the fan and stored separately. It is best to store the battery in a dark room at room temperature. In order to maintain the life of the battery pack, it is advisable to fully charge the battery pack once before putting it back into use.

My battery drains when I don't use my fan, is that right?

The Whisper Flex Smart with battery pack has a built-in LED display that also uses the battery. The use of the WiFi function also causes a slow decline in battery life. To make the best use of the battery, we recommend that you keep the Whisper Flex Smart on the charging dock when the fan is not in use.

    Very satisfied at first. However the Duux now beeps when on the charger. Removed the battery and then the beep is gone.
    So charger / battery is acting up .

      Hello,
      Thank you for writing a review! Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the battery life. When the fan is not being used it does indeed slowly drain, this is because the fan is then in standby. You can prevent this by removing the battery from the ventilator or putting it on the charger.
