With an impressive cooling capacity of 18,000 BTU per hour, using environmentally friendly refrigerant (R290), North provides an airflow of 450 m³ per hour. The PET filter captures large dust particles and helps clean the air in the room. The night mode offers delightfully quiet operation (only 55 dB) - that's quieter than the average fridge!

With four modes - cool, dehumidify, ventilate and night - North is ideal for keeping your home comfortable even when there is no heat wave. With an automatically rotating vent that distributes cool air throughout the room, a timer that can be set from 0 to 24 hours, and a complete accessory set that includes a drain hose, water drainage pipe, and window sealing kit.
No compass needed
North Can be easily operated with an LED touch screen with intuitive settings. Or use the ergonomic remote control or your smartphone! This smart device with Wi-Fi is compatible with voice assistants (such as Google Assistant) and the free Duux app to control settings and monitor the room temperature, so that cooling is always close at hand when it gets too hot.

The cooling is good, but what they all promise in terms of noise level is far from being achieved. That it is quieter than a refrigerator at night level is not true in my opinion.
The condenser turns on after a few minutes and hums a lot.
How one arrives at that value of 55dB and up to 63dB I do not understand.
We with up to values of 83db at 1m distance when the condenser is humming.
So cools well but is not as quiet as promised here and on other sites.

Good afternoon, how annoying to hear that the product is not what you expected. The noise level has been measured with professional equipment in a soundproof factory and the decibels you can find on our website are the result. A mobile air conditioner contains a compressor and this is indeed clearly audible when it is turned on. What a great air conditioner! I had my doubts at first as to whether it would cool me down enough, but it certainly does. It's very nice to have the North in the house during the summer months. A very nice design and the North is smart. In short, I don't want to be without it in the summer anymore 😉 😉 I'm very happy with it.

The North provides real cooling in my home during the hot summer days. Controlling the North with the smartphone Duux app is very convenient. You can control the air conditioner from a distance so you don't have to walk there. What I like most is the night mode which makes sure that the North produces less noise. Really a recommendation for the hot summer evenings 🙂
