The Stay Cool guarantee is valid for 12 months after purchase and applies in addition to the statutory 24-month manufacturer's guarantee.

Repairs are only performed in the period June 1 to Aug. 31. Applications after September 1 will not be considered.
Yes! However, models purchased through used marketplaces such as Marketplace, eBay, Buybay and Return Deals are excluded from the Stay Cool warranty.

Upon receipt of the request, our customer service team will contact you to schedule an appointment. The appointment will be made in a specific time slot. On the day of the appointment, the driver will call half an hour before arrival so that you know approximately when he or she will be there.

Within 2 business days of request, you will receive response with final appointment. A repair or exchange is often a matter of half an hour to an hour. Our Stay Cool team has all parts on hand so the repair can be done immediately. Should the defect be beyond repair it will be exchanged for a new one immediately!
The Stay Cool guarantee starts automatically at the time of purchase. So keep your receipt safe, because the purchase date is the starting date of the guarantee.
The Stay Cool warranty applies only to products purchased through duux.com in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we cannot repair or exchange products outside of this region.
Due to health and safety regulations, it is unfortunately not possible to transport air conditioners to/from a floor. Therefore, make sure the mobile air conditioners are present on the ground floor during a visit by our Stay Cool team.
