For Neo, we’ve designed a patented* solution to replace the ultrasonic module without tools or any technical knowledge. Based on years of expertise, we’ve learned that the ultrasonic element is the component that wears out fastest. Should it ever fail, it can be easily self-replaced with a simple twist!

Last year, we’ve launched our “Stay Cool” initiative in the Netherlands with great success. In case anything happens to your mobile air conditioner in the middle of the summer, the last thing you want is to wait weeks for it to be repaired. With Stay Cool, we perform repairs at home within 48 hours. This not only eliminates unnecessary returns, but also prevents a lot of logistical movement, both of which have a significant impact on the environment.
