Here are a few steps you can follow to solve your problem:
- Unplug the machine;
- Empty the lower water tank;
- With your finger, move the white float (a ring that surrounds a grey pipe) from bottom to top and turn to make sure it is loose. You will find this float in the reservoir (the bottom); (see picture)

- Place the water tank back on its base;
- Plug in the mains plug and wait for approx. 1 minute until the water from the water tank has run through to the reservoir;
- Turn on Beam (2) again.
