Here are a few steps you can follow to fix your problem:
- Unplug the machine;
- Empty the lower water tank;
- With your finger, move the white float (a ring that wraps around a grey pipe) from bottom to top and turn to make sure it is loose. You will find the white float in the reservoir (the bottom);
- Put the water tank back on its base;
- Put the plug in the socket and wait for about 1 minute until the water from the water tank has run through to the reservoir;
- Turn Beam (2) on again.
