In most cases, your order is sent to our warehouse 10 minutes after it was placed. To see if we can still cancel your order, please contact us. We are open on working days from 09:00 to 17:00. The quickest way is to give us a call, start a live chat or send us a WhatsApp message.

Have you placed your order outside of our opening hours? Then we cannot cancel it. You can then refuse your shipment at the door and have it returned to us. You will get your money back within 14 working days after we have received your package.
