Creating an account has a number of advantages:
- View your profile - In your account you can view your profile and change your details;
- Status of your order - Under "my order" you can view the status of your order.

If you have a Duux account, you can change your account details yourself. For example, do you want to change your name, e-mail address, delivery and billing address, payment details or password? This is very easy:
- Click on "login" at the top right of the page and log in with your email address and password.
- Click on "My details" to change your name, password and/or email address.
- To change your address, go to "Addresses".
On the login page you will find the link "Forgot password?". Click on it and enter the e-mail address you used to create your account. You will receive an e-mail with which you can change your password. After this you can log in to your account again.

We do our very best to deliver your order as fast as possible! If you place an order on working days before 22:00, it will be shipped the same day (with the exception of Sundays and holidays). You will receive a track & trace link as soon as your order is shipped.

Redeeming a coupon code is easy! In the first step of your cart you will see a field where you can enter the coupon code. Add the coupon code by clicking on "add coupon code" and the discount will be deducted from the total amount (excl. shipping fees).
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you may return it within 14 days without giving any reason.
- We can only accept returns if the order - if possible - is returned undamaged, in original packaging and in a sturdy shipping box. For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to charge the damage (depreciation).

Have you changed your mind or are you not satisfied with your purchase? Please use the return form on this page.
If you have received a defective product and you would like to exchange it for a new one, please contact email@example.com. Send your proof of purchase and a video of your complaint and we will look for a suitable solution.
- Always ask for proof of return from your courier;
- Carefully open the shipping box and original packaging so that you can use it again to return the order if necessary.
Within 14 days after dissolution (the moment we are informed that you wish to return something) at the latest, we will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping costs for the return shipment) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products in good order.
How your amount will be refunded depends on the original payment method. The amount will be refunded on the original method (e.g. credit card or PayPal)
If you have purchased our products from one of our retailers, the return procedure of the point of sale applies.
A number of newer products can, in addition to 2.4 GHz, also connect to your network via Bluetooth. The following products can do this: Whisper Flex Ultimate, Beam 2, Beam Mini 2, Threesixty 2 and Edge.
How does this work?
Go to the App Store and update the app. After updating, open the app and turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Make sure your device is in pairing mode (rapid flashing of the wifi light). Then click on the plus sign to add a device and wait a few seconds. The app will try to find your device based on its Bluetooth connection. Enter your wifi password and wait for it to pair. Once paired, you can control your product by WiFi. Bluetooth is no longer needed after pairing your device.
Duux Products have a 12-month factory warranty + 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we guarantee the free repair of defects caused by material and construction faults. This is at the final discretion of the importer in the country. If you notice a defect, please first consult the user manual and the FAQ on the product page of the product concerned.
If they are unable to resolve the problem, please contact the supplier of your Duux product. If they are unable to solve the problem, they will contact Duux for further processing.

Ultrasonic humidifiers contain a small metal plate that vibrates at an ultrasonic frequency. These ultrasonic sounds are inaudible to humans, but they are capable of transforming water particles from the humidifier's built-in reservoir into a cool mist. The device blows this fine mist into the air, increasing the humidity in the room.
