Which payment methods are accepted?

We would like to make payment as easy as possible for you. You can pay with iDeal, Credit Card, PayPal and several other online payment methods.

All prices on our website are including VAT.

I'm not able to use internet banking. Can I transfer the amount to you manually?

Of course you can! Choose “prepayment" as your payment method at checkout and we will send you an order confirmation with instructions on how to transfer the amount manually. Please note that we will only process your order once we have received your payment. This can take up to 1-2 days.


When will my order be delivered?

We will do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible! If you order before 22:00 on working days, it will be delivered within a few days (except Sundays and holidays). You will receive a track&trace link as soon as your order is shipped. Have a look at the next tab to see the delivery times per country.

Did you order at the weekend? Then your order will be shipped the next working day.

How can I track my order?

We believe it’s important that you know when you receive your products. That’s why we will send you an e-mail with a track&trace link as soon as your order has been shipped.                 

Can I also order by e-mail or phone?

Yes you can! You can send your order to service@duux.com or give us a call at +31 416 256 3266. You will then receive the order confirmation and payment instructions by e-mail. After receipt of your payment we will dispatch your order.

Where can I use a discount/coupon code?

Exchanging a discount code is easy! In your shopping cart you will see a field where you can enter the discount code. Add the discount code by clicking on “add discount code" and the discount will be deducted from the total amount (excl. shipping costs).


Within how many days am I able to return my order?

If you regret your purchase, you may return it within 14 days without giving any reason.

Return terms and conditions:

  • We can only handle returns if the order – if possible – is returned undamaged, in its original packaging and in a sturdy shipping box. For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to charge the damage (depreciation).
  • The delivered products are subject to the General Terms and Conditions, which can be read here.

How can I return my order?

Are you not satisfied and do you regret your purchase? Please use the return form on this page.


  • Always ask for proof of return at your post office or courier;
  • Carefully open the shipping box and the original packaging so that you can use it again to return the order if necessary.

Within how many days will you refund my payment?

As soon as possible and ultimately within 14 days after dissolution (when we have been informed about your return) we will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping costs for the outgoing shipment) as soon as possible and ultimately within 14 days. We may delay refunding until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that the products have been returned (whichever is the sooner).

The method of refunding the purchase price depends on the original payment method. A refund will also be made using the original method.

Can I also return products to you that I have bought in an (online) store?

In case you have purchased our products at one of our (online) reseller, then the return procedure of the point of sale applies.


What are the advantages of creating an account?

Creating an account has a number of advantages:

  • View your profile – In your account you can view your profile and change your details;
  • Status of your order – Under “my order" you can see the status of your order.
  • Order History – View your previous orders and details.

I want to change my details. How can I do this?

If you have a Duuxstore account, you can easily change your account details. For example, do you want to change your name, e-mail address, delivery and billing address, payment details or password? This can be done very easily:

  • Click on “login" at the top right of the page and log in with your email address and password.
  • Click on “My details" to change your name, password and/or e-mail address.
  • To change your address, go to “Addresses".

I forgot my password. How can I request a new password?

Forgot your password? On the login page you will find the link “Forgot your password?". Click on this link and enter the email address where you want to receive your new password. After this you can log in to your account again.

What is the legal warranty on your products?

Duux products have a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty + a 12-month limited warranty after the date of purchase. During this period we guarantee the free repair of defects caused by material and construction faults. All this at the final judgement of the importer in the country. If you notice a defect, first consult this user manual and the online FAQ (regularly updated at www.duux.com). If this is not the case, please consult the supplier of your Duux product. If they are unable to solve the problem, they will contact Duux for further handling.

Are your products safe and do they meet all tests?

All our products bear the CE mark and comply with all the essential requirements of the applicable EU directive(s).

Why do I need an air purifier?

Did you know that the air indoors is up to 5 times more polluted than outdoors? Due to poor ventilation and good insulation, fine dust, gases and pollen, among other things, continue to wander around inside with no way out. If you consider that we spend up to 90% of our time indoors … an air purifier is no superfluous luxury.

Why do I need a humidifier?

Do you suffer from stinging eyes, headaches, colds, flu, fatigue, the functioning of your wooden floor or static electricity because of the dry air in the house? Our humidifiers provide the right level of humidity. In the winter period the humidity can even drop below 20%, making it easier for viruses and bacteria to survive. In summer, too, the humidity in air-conditioned rooms can drop below 30%. The ideal humidity is around 55%. If you do not know your humidity, we advise you to first purchase our Duux Sense Hygrometer so that you know exactly which Duux product can offer a suitable solution for your room.

What is the difference between an ultrasonic humidifier and an evaporative humidifier?

Ultrasonic humidifiers

Ultrasonic humidifiers contain a small metal plate that vibrates at an ultrasonic frequency. These ultrasonic sounds are inaudible to humans, but they are capable of converting water particles from the humidifier’s built-in reservoir into a cool vapour. The device blows this fine mist into the air, increasing the humidity in the room.

Spread of mineral/lime scale*, limescale and bacterial growth in the water tank*, regular maintenance, no humidity regulation.

*=Use of an antibacterial limescale filter in an ultrasonic humidifier reduces limescale in the water tank and prevents limescale from forming in the mist.

Evaporative humidifier

An evaporative humidifier uses a water absorbing filter to remove water from the reservoir. A fan that then blows through the filter ensures that the air absorbs the moisture. The higher the relative humidity, the more difficult it is to evaporate water from the filter. That’s why this type of humidifier is self-regulating – as humidity increases, the humidifier’s water vapour output decreases naturally.

Our products are designed and developed in Eindhoven (the Netherlands) and produced in P.R.C.

Globe - Why does vertical oscillation not work?

Vertical oscillation is only activated after the product has been oscillated horizontally (from left to right) several times. This calibration process can take 30 to 60 seconds.

Whisper - What is the difference between Whisper and Whisper Flex?

Both Whisper and Whisper Flex are part of the Whisper family and their designs are very similar. The Whisper Flex can be equipped with a battery and has an extension tube (straight) instead of an adjustment tube (tapered) like the Whisper. Whisper Flex can be adjusted in two heights (51 or 88cm) while Whisper’s height can be infinitely adjusted between 76 and 95cm. Thereafter, Whisper Flex is equipped with a special night mode in which the display automatically dims and switches off. Whisper does not have this function.

Blizzard comes with one carbon filter that can be installed on the back of the device (behind the grille).


Do you also support charities?

We choose to support charities and projects that suit us. At the moment we support Longfonds because they are fighting for clean and healthy air, just like us. In addition, our website is completely CO2 neutral, which means that we compensate the CO2 emissions from all activities of the webshop (from hosting to transport).

Is it possible to order large quantities with discount?

I would like to blog about your products! Who should I contact?

We really appreciate it when bloggers want to write product reviews. But unfortunately we can’t provide everyone with free products. Your blog has to meet a number of conditions; for example, you have to have a minimum number of visitors per month and the quality of your audienceis also very important. If you are interested you can contact our marketing department at marketing@duux.com. They will look at your blog and decide if they want to set up a collaboration.
